The Sharpay Evans actress kept it casual, wearing a grey tanktop over a pink sports bra with white pants, flip-flops and her Chanel bag in-hand.


Meanwhile, Ashley is anxiously awaiting the October 24th release of the third release from her hit movie series "High School Musical".

The latest installment finds high school seniors, "Troy and Gabriella, struggling with the idea of being separated from one another as college approaches. Along with the rest of the Wildcats, they stage a spring musical to address their experiences, hopes and fears about their future."

Recently broken up from Titanic hunk Leonardo DiCaprio, supermodel Bar Refaeli isn't the type to stay home and cry about.

The 22-year-old Israeli spent this past Friday (October 26) in Rome, supporting amfAR's Inaugural Cinema Against AIDS.

The event, which saw Sharon Stone as a host, raised $1.35 million dollars for AIDS research through a candlelit auction format.


"Don't flirt with me and not mean it," Stone told one bidder, adding, "Romans, countrymen, lend me your wallets. Just 50,000 dollars will fund an independent grant for a scientist working on a new initiative."

All in all, attendees were happy about the experience - calling it a "beautiful and helpful" evening.

With her new album "Do You Know" scheduled to hit stores September 9th, Jessica Simpson is pulling out all the stops to make her transition to country music a success.

The "Come on Over" babe gave a rousing concert in Sacramento, California last night (August 25), looking sexy in a lacy white cleavage-baring top underneath a western-style plaid shirt with a pair of hip-hugging jeans and her usual cowboy boots.



And last week Jess joined the Country Music Association, another move to show the industry that she's not just a flash in the country music pan.

A Simpson pal told press, "She was very sweet and seemed happy to join the organization. Being a member makes you part of the industry. It's great for networking."

As for the could-be controversy surrounding claims that Jess' boyfriend Tony Romo has been calling his ex-girlfriend Carrie Underwood, Simpson is passing it off as nothing more than media hype.

In related news, it appears as if Miss Hilton is planning a big duet with her Good Charlotte rocker beau.

Hilton told press: "He (Benji) actually helped me write some of the songs for my new album, and for the BFF show. He's a really amazing talent, songwriter and singer."

It's a pretty normal thing these days for celebrities to embark into all kinds of business ventures on the side. But Kate Hudson may be in hot water for her new line of David Babaii for Wildaid hair care products.

According to FOX Pop Tarts' Hollie McKay, the "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" babe and her entrepreneurial partner David Babaii are being sued by 220 Laboratories for misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, and breach of contract and confidence.



The plaintiff states that back in August of 2006, Hudson and Babaii entered into an oral contract with the volcanic ash suppliers, who agreed to develop and manufacture the hair care line.

But once the confidential ingredient list was exposed, Kate and David took the information and pursued other companies who offered them a more lucrative deal, such as Universal, the current makers of David Babaii for Wildaid.

Reps for Hudson and Babaii have yet to comment
