They set the trend. They tell you what to wear and also what not to be caught dead in. It's amusing how movie stars decide our wardrobe for us more often than not. Here's a look in to the best and worst dressed Holly stars in 2008 as decided by the People en Espanol magazine run by the Time Inc.
The Spanish Bandidas actress, Penelope Cruz was voted the Best Dressed actress this year. The report published in the magazine said that she had 'always made the grade'.
To substantiate the report, the magazine published photos of the 34-year-old actress wearing gowns by designers such as Ralph Lauren, John Galliano, Valentino and Oscar de la Renta at different events.
A close second was South African-American actress Charlize Theron. The actress is regarded as one of the hottest Holly beauties of recent times in spite of her no-makeup look in Monster.
Though we seriously hope this purple frill dress was not one of the GOOD dresses they were talking about!
The third on the list was Mexican actress Kate del Castillo.
The Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria came in fourth on the list of the best dressed. And after her wardrobe in Cannes this year, we wondered how she was not Number One..
